How an engagement runs

Four stages, the same order every time — so you always know what's next and what we need from you.

  1. 01

    Grind

We break the problem down: current systems, data volumes, integration points, and the outcome you're actually paying for.

  2. 02

    Extract

Architecture and data modeling. We design the schema, the API surface, and the CRM object model before a line of production code is written.

  3. 03

    Brew

We build in short cycles, with staging environments you can log into and real data behind them — not slide decks.

  4. 04

    Serve

Deployment, migration, and handover — with monitoring and an SLA in place before your team relies on it day to day.

What we build and maintain

Three practice areas that usually end up needing each other: software, data, and the CRM that sits on top of both.

Custom software development

Internal tools, customer-facing web apps, and the APIs that connect them. Built in the stack that fits your team, not the one that's trending.

Database architecture & migration

Schema design, indexing, and performance tuning for Postgres, MySQL, and warehouse platforms like Snowflake. We also handle live migrations off systems you've outgrown.

CRM implementation & customization

Salesforce-style setup, object modeling, and workflow automation — configured around how your sales and support teams actually work, not the default demo org.

Systems integration

We connect CRM, ERP, billing, and internal tools through APIs and event pipelines, so data entered once shows up everywhere it needs to.

Data analytics & reporting

Dashboards and BI pipelines built on top of clean, modeled data — so the numbers your team reads in the morning are numbers they can trust.

Managed support

SLA-backed monitoring, patching, and on-call coverage for the systems we build — and for ones we didn't, if you need a second set of hands.

Recent work

A couple of engagements where the numbers moved.

Fernway Logistics

Replaced three spreadsheets with one dispatch database

Dispatchers were reconciling load data across three spreadsheets and a legacy Access database. We consolidated it into a single Postgres system with a dispatch web app on top.

  • 68% faster load assignment
  • 0 double-bookings since launch

Marrow Health Group

Rebuilt a Salesforce org around referral tracking

Their Salesforce instance was configured for a sales team, not a referral network. We remodeled the objects and automations around how referrals actually move between clinics.

  • 4.5 days average referral time, down from 11
  • 22 manual steps removed

They asked more questions about our referral process in the first week than our previous vendor did in two years. The Salesforce rebuild actually reflects how our clinics work now.

Ways to work with us

Pick the shape that matches the size of the problem, not a fixed tier.

Project-based

A defined scope with a fixed timeline and price — for a single system, migration, or CRM rollout with a clear finish line.

  • Fixed scope and price
  • Weekly progress demos
  • Handover documentation included

Managed service

We take on-call responsibility for systems already in production — yours or ones we built — under a response-time SLA.

  • 24/7 monitoring & alerting
  • Defined response-time SLA
  • Monthly health reports

Questions we get asked

Both. Most engagements start with an existing org that's grown messy over time. We audit it first, then decide what to rebuild versus reconfigure — we don't default to starting over.

Postgres and MySQL for transactional systems, and Snowflake or BigQuery for analytical workloads. If you're on something else, tell us during the Grind stage and we'll flag any constraints early.

Most fall between six and twelve weeks, depending on how many objects and automations need remodeling and how much historical data has to migrate cleanly.

Yes — this is most of what our managed service covers. We start with a two-week audit so we understand the system before anything is on-call.
